Mother, Daughter


I teach figure drawing through the Continuing Studies department at Maine College of Art. Last week we used charcoal powder applied with fingers to start the drawings. I started this piece as a demo, then worked on it in while the students were working. I did two quick portraits of the model on this page - in one she looks young and in one she looks older.
