I finished up these five mixed media pieces yesterday afternoon and will deliver them today to Grapheteria - they do all the framing for the Black Frame Sale which is scheduled for early October. Grapheteria asks to have all the work in early because they have dozens and dozens of pieces to frame! I start teaching my summer classes next week, and will have less studio time, so it feels good to have these completed! As usual, click on image to enlarge for details.

the birth of a the first women coming from the rib or the side of man creeps me out a bit--I know its meaning is deeper than the physical, but still...shiver
