These are great! I really like the bright colors paired with the black ink. Is it watercolor?

Whoops, I just realized it's watercolor and pastel. I need more caffine!

Hey, Brenda

Thanks! It's mostly watercolor with just a few pinches of pastel! I'd like to do more wood block prints. These were done in a continuing studies class that I took at MECA in 2002.

What type of press do you own? Is it one that can be used for intaglio as well as woodblock prints?

And where did you get it??

Hi Martha -
I have a Dick Blick press... it's technically an 'etching press' but I can use it for most anything except litho of course. Woodblocks, linocuts, etchings, collographs etc.

I ordered it from their catalog... their prices are very reasonable. As I'm writing this, I don't know the actual 'make/stlye' of it but I can get the info if you're interested.
