I
should be drawing, but this has been my main tool for the past few days...

Making a new perennial bed at the top of our driveway, where two birch trees used to be...

Forget-me-
nots and
Firewitch (Pinks)...

Painting the back porch...

Early lilacs - we don't usually see these until Memorial Day! (My sister
Sue's whimsical watercolors, and my daughter
Kaitlyn's beautiful pottery...)

Mother's Day BBQ at my neighbors...it was
freezing that day!

A hummingbird moth...

Afternoon sun in the
hostas...

Bee in the bleeding hearts...
Me in the bleeding hearts.
What are you digging, making, or building these magical May days?

Gee, been working much?? I love that humming bird moth--I've only seen one once out here and it blew my mind a bit! That bed of flowers will look great right there as you come up the driveway!
Hi Sue! Yes, it's a great place for a garden! Right over the crest of that looong driveway.
Lovely shots, Martha!
I like how you have your sister and daughter's work in your home.
Talent runs in your family!
