Surf and Turf

My granddaughter Cecilia in the old fort at Willard Beach, looking like Snow White.

My son Eben and grandson Calvin.

Eben in front of his office at SMCC where he is a history professor.

Spring Point Light.

A blue bird's nest!

The pileated woodpecker.

Fiddleheads.

Dawn.

Ripe rhubarb!

A baker's apprentice.

My grandsons Wyeth and Brey, and a strawberry rhubarb pie! It was gooooood. Or dood, as Wyeth would say! :*)

Sal, contented.
Saturday at the shore, and Sunday in the woods. A very nice weekend indeed. Even got to hang out and play with all four grandchildren. Purrrr..........
And watch the video and see who is back! (you can hear Nikea, the Husky, clicking on the wooden floor and panting in the background - that's not me with a respiratory problem! :*)

What a wonderful way to spend the weekend - with loved ones by the shore and the woods. And that pie looked delicious! :)
