You know the old song, Don't Advertise Your Man...I really shouldn't, but my man can cook! Garry is a hospital pharmacist and he is a creative thinker on the job, but he really taps into his juicy creativity in the kitchen. He loves to cook! Garry calls this casserole, Summer Finale, and it is goood. I don't know if he'll give up the recipe which involves eggplant, tomatoes, basil, cheeses, garlic and prosciutto...I don't even know it.
