Mummy

Another charcoal self-portrait. I did this piece as a homework assignment for a figure drawing class during my first semester at MECA in 2003. I was inspired by portrait paintings on ancient Egyptian caskets. With Mother's Day around the corner it seemed like a good one! :^)
